He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Sr. Stevens and Helena Stevens (Carrozza); and his brother Major Howard P. Stevens. He is survived by: his children, Nicole Ballingham and Michael S. Stevens (Anna Stevens) of Germany; his sisters, Kathleen D. Stevens of Southington and Doreen E. Parker of Southington; and his sister-in-law Jill Stevens. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
