He is survived by: his mother Tomasa Torres of Hartford; his wife Angela Guerrero; his children, Damaris Ivette Roble, Lydiana Eileen Robles, Jenny Robles of New Hampshire and Rafael Robles Jr. of New Hampshire; his grandson Reynaldo Robles; his stepdaughter Nairoby Polanco of Meriden; his grandchildren, Deyquan Little, Kayla Little, Keyana Little, Jayson Muriel, Jasmine Perez, Juliana Barnes, Isaiah Robles, Isaac Rojas, Diaraliz Rivera, Osviel Gomez, Dariel Gomez, Eliana Mya Robles, Issac Robles, Cataleya Robles and Ricardo Robles Jr.; and his siblings, Maria D. Rodriguez of Hartford, Maria Robles of East Hartford, Victor Robles of Wethersfield and Raymond Robles of Hartford. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
