It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Matthew Astramowicz of Meriden, Connecticut, who passed away on April 22, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Kostanty Astramowicz and Mary Astramowicz (Mitoraj). He is survived by: his wife Dolores Astramowicz (Nobert); his children, Mary Claire Andrew, Lynn Higgins (Arthur), Matthew E. Astramowicz and Lisa Burke; his grandchildren, Jeremy, Nicholas Higgins, Bailey, Owen, Whitney Andrew, Brigid and Catherine Burke; and his sister Eleanor Glen (Eugene).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Beecher & Bennett Funeral Service - Meriden (48 Cook Ave, Meriden, CT 06451). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph Church (22 Goodwill Ave, Meriden, CT 06451).
