He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel Sr. Gomes and Silvana Gomes (Ayala). He is survived by: his wife Nayda Guzman; his children, Isis Adams of Massachusetts, Matthew Gomes of Meriden, Chasity Cotto, Christian Cotto, Baby Nu and Christopher Cotto; his siblings, Myrna Gomes and Carlos Gomes of Brooklyn; his grandchildren, Logan, Gabe, Little Manny, Ayelonie, Jayzion, Ariani, Jomar, Nathan, Mikael, Liam and Gabriel; and his nieces and nephews, Nyrim-Silvana, Stephanie Gomes, George Moya and Carlitos Gomes.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 20th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Wallingford Funeral Home (809 N Main Street Ext, Wallingford, CT 06492). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 21st 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
