It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lee L. Collar of Meriden, Connecticut, born in Waterville, Maine, who passed away on September 20, 2024, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Doretta Collar (Davis); his father Louis L. Collar; and his brother Louis "Buzzy" Collar. He is survived by: his mother Leatrice Collar (Taylor); his children, Lynn Kalvinek (William) and Randy Collar (Melissa); his grandchildren, Greg Tworkowski, Slater, Sage Collar and Autumn Delisle; and his siblings, Larry Collar, Lon Collar (Sandy), Linda Ferrucci (John) and Lori Inman (Scott).
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 30th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the DellaVecchia Funeral Home (211 N Main St, Southington, CT 06489).
