June Elizabeth touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her grandparents, Robert and Lillie Mae Jenkins; her children, Gretchen D. Thomas and Henry Thomas Jr. (Hank) of Meriden; her grandchildren, Kendall A. Thomas of Meriden, Kameron A. Thomas of Meriden and Finley M. Gallagher of Wallingford; her godsons, Jonathan Rivers of Meriden, Anthony Thomas of Meriden and Joshwa Johnson of New Britain; her grandchildren, Robert Brown (BobBob), Xavion Brown (Xavy), Kevin Thomas, Gabriella Espinoza and Kevin Pettway; her parent Mattie Hines (Jenkins); her siblings, Burl Jones, Patricia Jones and Abigail Claiborne; and her close friend Zelma Thomas. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM at the Wallingford Funeral Home (809 N Main Street Ext, Wallingford, CT 06492). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 4:30 PM at the same location.
