He is survived by: his parents, George Frederick and Sandra Frederick (Levasseur); his wife Liz (Faraci); his daughters, Paige, Aubrey and Claire Frederick; his grandmother Marie Levasseur; his brother Joseph (Megan); his uncles, Jim Levasseur (Sam) and James Frederick (Debbie); his great-aunt Elaine Falk; his parents-in-law, Karen and Richard Faraci; his siblings-in-law, Richard Faraci Jr. (Loretta) and Lisa Dente (Faraci); and his nieces and nephews, Lincoln Frederick, Anthony, Nicholas Faraci, Mia Daley and Gillian Faustino (Dente).
