She was predeceased by: her husband Louis Salka; her parents, Herbert Screen and Henrietta Screen; her daughter Jeannine Salka; her brother Herbert Screen Jr.; and her grandson Kevin Zaluski (late Edgar "Birdsey" Huse).
She is survived by: her children, Gary Huse (Linda) and Robyn Logan (James); her sister-in-law Joyce Screen; and her grandchildren, Kristin Huse, Shannon Pratt (Robert), Gary Huse Jr., Jennifer Sanchez, Joshua Tomkus, Amanda Bishop, Hillary Logan and Jordyn Gdovin.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Beecher & Bennett Funeral Service - Meriden (48 Cook Ave, Meriden, CT 06451). A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Beecher & Bennett-Flatow Funeral Home (48 Cook Ave, Meriden, CT 06451).
