She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Mary Alice Tadlock Lee and Paul Edward Lee; her siblings, Kay Elizabeth Rose, Charles Edward Lee, Johnny Paul Lee and Bobby Ray Lee; her daughter Melissa Kay Harris; her granddaughter Alexis Marie Harris; her son William Nicholas Ratliff; her grandchildren, Christiana Marie Adams and Karson Wade Ratliff; and her husband William Owen Ratliff. She was also cherished by several sisters in laws, brother in laws, as well as many nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Matthew Catholic Church (3314 Sandra Ln, Virginia Beach, VA 23464).
