In loving memory of Carmelo Papotto of Meriden, Connecticut, who departed this world on November 8, 2024 at the age of 84. Carmelo leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Sebastian Papotto and Maria Papotto (Privatera); and his brothers, James and Anthony Papotto. He is survived by: his significant other Myriam Papotto; his children, Sebastian Papotto (Deandra), Ruth Connors (Robert), Erika Rivera, Sharon Rivera and Yaylin Rodriguez; his siblings, Salvatore Papotto and Rose Hurley; his grandchildren, Robert, Gabriella, Raymond, Edward, Anthony, Nina, Tay and JJ; his great grandchild Xavien; and his pet Claudia. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the Wallingford Funeral Home (809 N Main Street Ext, Wallingford, CT 06492). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 6:30 PM at the same location.
