He is survived by: his wife Maria O'Farrill; his daughters, Jackeline Diaz, Maria Ivelisse Diaz, Rebeca Diaz and Luz Damaris Diaz; his grandchildren, Janeslis Castillo, Carlos Castillo, Marlon Argueta, Cristian Gai, Jade Gaud, Jomaris Mercado, Yadiel Gaud and Darelis Mercado; and his great grandchildren, Airelyss Castillo Cruz, Jacob Castillo Cruz, Yred Ortiz Castillo and Rotcehlis Ortega Castillo.
