He was predeceased by: his parents, William S. O'Brien Jr. of Meriden and Lori Pitteway O'Brien of Meriden. He is survived by: his sister Pat O'Brien Giammatteo (Joe Giammatteo); his nephew Sean O'Brien Klimczak; his brother Dave O'Brien of Marlborough; and his nieces, Heather Torpey of Manchester and Jennifer O'Brien of Chicago.
