He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Hulien and Jack Hulien; his siblings, Linda Leeson, Dean Hulien and Carol Connell; and his granddaughter Belinda Hulien.
He is survived by: his wife Deborah Hulien; his children, Tatum Zappia and Thomas Jr. (Amanda); and his grandchildren, Troy Hulien, Scott Hulien and Lisa Hulien.
The family respectfully requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Bolton Congregational Church Outreach Program, a cause close to Tom's heart and one he fervently supported to aid community members in need.
