He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Mihok and Mary Mihok (Kolvek). He is survived by: his wife Sonia Mihok (Arbelo); his children, Doug Mihok and Cathy Mihok (Karen Beard); his grandchildren, Katie, Chloe, Anna and Justin; and his brother Roland Mihok.
