She is survived by: her daughter Dawn M Chmielewski; her son-in-law Todd of Marlborough, CT; her son Todd R Carlson of Melbourne, FL.; and her grandchildren, Dana, Nick Chmielewski of Marlborough, CT, TJ, Mackenzie, Hannah and Brayden Carlson of Melbourne, FL.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
