Though Troy Joseph Franklin may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, his essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Franklin Curtis and Loretta Fay Curtis (Moquin). He is survived by: his significant other Vanessa Atienza Curtis; and his siblings, Pascha Lemnah, Linda Henderson, Diane Pettigrew (Kirk), Patricia Forbes, Rachael C. Rivers Bogert (Rick) and Donald Rivers (Linda). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews, along with a multitude of cousins.
