He was predeceased by: his parents, John Douglas and Mary Douglas (Hanas); his wife Priscilla D. Douglas; and his siblings, Mary, Dorothy, Daniel and Bernice.
He is survived by: his daughters, Holly Douglas-Matty (Paul), Laura Douglas (Gregg Johnson) and Diana Nye (Rick); his granddaughters, Kathleen Roy and Rachael Matty; and his great grandchildren, Reagan and Ryan Roy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
