It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gail M. Phibbs of Mansfield Center, Connecticut, born in Willimantic, Connecticut, who passed away on January 10, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Eaton and Josephine Eaton; her brother Conrad; and her sister-in-law Rayona. She is survived by: her husband Tom Phibbs; her sons, Todd (Susan), Kemp, Hoyt (Connie) and Chad; her brother Kermit (Jeannie Eaton); and her grandchildren, Joshua, Abagail, Kimberly, Andrew, Victoria and Chase. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
