He is survived by: his wife Maureen Harakaly; his children, Charles Harakaly, III (Alana) of Chaplin, CT, Christina Harakaly of Willington, CT, Jessica Harakaly (Ethan) and Edward Harakaly; and his stepchildren, Carie (Dwayne), Sarah and Keith. He is also survived by his five grandchildren and seven step-grandchildren.
