He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Tolman and Marjorie Tolman; his sister Marilyn Brooks; and his brothers-in-law, Raymond Brooks Jr. and Vincent Franzino.

He is survived by: his wife Cynthia; his children, Wendy (Michael Andrews), Karen (Michael Yencho) and Gregg (Nicole Tolman); his grandchildren, Jessica Burpee (Brandon), Jennifer Yencho, Samuel Yencho, Nolan Yencho, Luke Yencho, Natalie Tolman and Miles Tolman; his great grandchildren, Sierra and Bruce; and his sister Diane (Frederick Peritore). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Church of the Living God (199 Deming St, Manchester, CT 06042). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
