He is survived by: his parents, Kathleen Rich and Stephen L. Belmore, Sr.; his stepmother Mary; his brother Jesse Rich; and his aunt Ellen Kanehl.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Holmes-Watkins Funeral Home (400 Main St, Manchester, CT 06040). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
