With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert D. Olsen of Manchester, Connecticut, who passed away on March 9, 2025 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Olsen and Rae Anne Olsen; his daughter Christine Olsen; and his brother Paul Olsen. He is survived by: the mother of his children Lois Hampson; his son Andrew Olsen (Amy Johansen); his grandchildren, Justine Garrison (Brian Violette), Julianna Garrison (Maurice) and Joshua Garrison; his great grandchildren, DJ, Landon, Raelynn, Adelynn, Emelynn and Calvin; and his pet Emma.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the John F Tierney Funeral Home (219 W Center St, Manchester, CT 06040). A memorial service was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
