He was predeceased by: his wife Jane Lukas (Scott); his parents, Stephen Sr. Lukas and Antonina Lukas; his siblings, Charles Lukas Sr., Stephen Lukas Jr. and Edith Blake; his nephews, Gerald Lukas and James Blake; and his niece Patricia Lukas.
He is survived by: his daughters, Pamela (John Burger) and Cynthia (Thomas Morrison); his grandchildren, Keith Morrison, Ashley (Burger) and Timothy LaChappelle; his nephews, Charles Lukas Jr. and Robert Lukas; and his niece Kathleen Blake.
