She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward J. Gracyalny and Anne-Louise Gracyalny (Mello). She is survived by: her siblings, John C. Gracyalny (Veronica) of Candler, NC, Anne E. Green (Bill) of Vernon, CT and Gary Bunce of Manchester; and her caregivers, Jessica Hamilton and Jennifer Fraser.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:15 AM at the John F Tierney Funeral Home (219 W Center St, Manchester, CT 06040). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 from 11:15 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
