She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Margaret and John Barberie; her aunt Lori Davis; and her grandfather Richard Forstell. She is survived by: her parents, Eric Forstell and Katy Forstell (Barberie); her siblings, Cameron, Alexis Barletta (Alex) and Kiera Forstell; her niece Sofia; her nephew Eric Barletta; her aunts and uncles, Norine Barberie, Trish Callahan, Carl, Ellen Sidway (Kyle), Deborah Lanier (Mark), Scott Forstell (Pam) and Todd Forstell (Andrea); and her grandmother Jane Forstell. She is also survived by cousins and friends.
