She was predeceased by: her husband Nunzio "Lou" Lupacchino; her parents, Maria Malerba (DiTommaso) and Michele Malerba; her siblings, Rita Gesmundo (Jack), Maria Hindle (Edmund), Clara Foster (Fred), Anna Wieland (Louis) and John Malerba (Irene); her nephew Michael Malerba; her siblings-in-law, Frances Lupacchino Gagnon and Leonid Gagnon; her nephews, John Gagnon, Joseph and Ralph Lupacchino; and her niece Barbara Sycz.
She is survived by: her granddaughters, Juliana and Gabrielle (John Kwasny); her great grandchild Robert of Savannah; and also, Jane Rice of South Carolina, Mary Elizabeth Donohue (Richard William) of Cromwell and Gerard (Lynn Beaulieu) of Manchester. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 9:15 AM. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. James Church (896 Main St, Manchester, CT 06040). A burial was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 11:15 AM to 11:45 AM at the St. James Cemetery (368 Broad St, Manchester, CT 06040).
Memorial donations may be made to N.J. Lupacchino & Family Endowed Scholarship at the University of Hartford.
