In loving memory of Emile G. Cyr of Manchester, Connecticut, born in Saint Agatha, Maine, who departed this world on November 1, 2024 at the age of 79. He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Cyr and Lena Cyr (Ouellette). He is survived by: his children, Teresa DiGregorio (Anthony) of Kissimmee, FL, Robin Cyr of Manchester, Brian Cyr of Vernon and Monique Cyr of Manchester; his grandchildren, Nicholas DiGregorio, Aisha Thompson, Katrina Werner, Alec DiGregorio and Lucas Butler; his great grandchildren, Cecilia DiGregorio, Sunny, Georgia Thompson and Maxwell Werner; and his siblings, Diane Bouchard, Rose-Marie Beaulieu, Raymond Cyr and Delmer Cyr. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the John F Tierney Funeral Home (219 W Center St, Manchester, CT 06040). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Church of the Assumption (27 Adams St S, Manchester, CT 06040). A burial was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 11:15 AM to 11:45 AM at the St. James Cemetery (368 Broad St, Manchester, CT 06040).
