She was predeceased by: her husband Dexter Clark; her sons, Barry Dexter and Jeffrey Scott Clark; and her granddaughter Camryn Celeste Warner. She is survived by: her children, Wendy Slegeski (Edward) of Manchester, CT, Dean Clark (Tracy) of Iva, SC and Kim Warner (Raymond) of South Windsor, CT.; her grandchildren, Robert Cole, Alexandra Warner, Heath Clark, Taylor Warner and Kirsten Warner; her great grandchildren, Austin Cole, Noah Cole, Zoe Nieves and Parker Warner; and her great great grandchild Nova Cole.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Woman's Heart Alliance.
