He is survived by: his children, Candice Sheffield (Jason) of Vernon, Amanda Kennedy (Richard) of Manchester, David LaFontaine, Jr. of Manchester and Nikole Markie of Pennsylvania; his grandson Aiden Kennedy of Manchester; his brother Gary LaFontaine of Coventry; and his nephews, John LaFontaine (Melissa) of Stafford Springs and Randy LaFontaine (Amber) of Florida. He is also survived by his family, especially his four children.
