He was predeceased by: his son Phillip; and his siblings, Harold, Georgie, Billy, Donald, Anita and Irene.
He is survived by: his daughter Dianna-Jo Lessard (Robert); his siblings, Henry Lisk (Kathy), Marie Flemming and Lorraine Guegel; his grandchildren, Philip Nichols (Jennifer) and Jeremy Lisk; and his great grandchildren, Trevor, Malachi and Aiden. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Memorial donations in Charlie's name may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
