She is survived by: her stepfather Jekabs Plavins; her children, Andra Sarmite Grasis (Steven Zapantis) of Virginia, Peter Grasis (Melissa) of Virginia and Robert Grasis (Carol) of Vernon, Connecticut.; her grandchildren, Heidi Cooper (Glenn), Kiley Grasis, Isabel Grasis, Jacob Grasis (McKenzie), John Grasis, Rebecca Blaisdell and Logan Blaisdell; her great grandchildren, Wyatt and Nolan Cooper; her half-sister Astrid Liepins of Canada; and her cousin Laila Kienel of Belgium. She is also survived by relatives in Latvia and neighbors and friends.
