He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Paul Cella and Louise Forlini Cella; his significant other Annette; his children, Richard Cella (Linda) of Orange, Maryellyn MacKinnel (Doak) of Guilford and Patricia Burkett (Paul Sr.) of Wallingford; and his brothers, Paul and David Cella. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
