We are sad to announce that on January 18, 2021, at the age of 76, Joseph L. Salatto of Madison, Connecticut, born in New Haven, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Salatto and Gloria Salatto; his parents-in-law, Charlotte and Louis Signor; and his brothers, Robert and Thomas Salatto.
He is survived by: his wife Maryann (Signor); his children, Joseph Salatto Jr., Angela Cassata, Susan, Stewart Leckey, Lori, Joe Nuzzo, Lisa and Jeff Hilton; his grandchildren, Sarah, Anthony Yagavone, Lindsey Salatto, Billy Raw, Samantha Salatto, Hannah, Bryce, Taylor, Stone, Campbell Leckey, Emma, Joey Nuzzo, Mackenzie and Ryan Hilton; his great grandchildren, Josie Yagavone and Billy Raw; his brothers, James and Paul Salatto; and his brothers-in-law, Robert (Debra) and Richard Signor (Marilyn).
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made. Joe lived thirty-five plus years with Parkinson Disease and would love to see new advances made in the care and continuance of normal life for those diagnosed with the life altering disease.
