He was predeceased by: his father Peter Nuzzo; and his grandmothers, Ruth Conroy and Mary Nuzzo Valentine. He is survived by: his mother Bonnie Nuzzo (Conroy) of Madison; his brother Chris; his sister-in-law Catherine Nuzzo (Shortell) of Guilford; and his godparents, Arthur Conroy and Judith (Kulack) of Madison. He is also survived by loving relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Cancer Association in memory of Jeffrey.
