He was predeceased by: his wife Marjorie Rowell (Jones); his parents, Henry D. Rowell and Elizabeth Rowell (Perkins); and his brother Rodney Rowell. He is survived by: his children, Henry, Debra Rowell, Jeffrey, Jennifer Rowell of Madison and Irving Rowell of Guilford; and his sister Lila Rowell. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and two great grandsons.
