She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Hart Frazier. She is survived by: her children, Bonnie F Young, Dr. William H Frazier (Jane Benoist) of Blairsville, GA, Mary F McDaniel (Carl) of Oberlin, OH and Robert H Frazier (GW Mercier) of Rowayton, CT. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers charitable donations may be made in Elizabeth's name to organizations close to her heart: Planned Parenthood of South, East and North Florida; and the Southern Poverty Law Center.
