With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cynthia H. Tichy of Madison, Connecticut, born in Titusville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 14, 2022 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ruth Hipwell and Maynard Hipwell; her brother Murray; her husband Ed Tichy; her children, Erin Hughes and Spencer; her daughter-in-law Heather Migliore (Nick); her grandchildren, Tori, Taylor and Sloane; and her niece Lee.
