He was predeceased by: his parents, Marian Agry Berson and Robert Chambliss Berson Sr.; his sister Betsey Berson Farlow; and his niece Anna Razhova Cruz. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Putnam; his brothers-in-law, Brock Putnam (Marina Razhova) and John Gerry Putnam (Ellen Feldman); his nieces and nephews, Heather Margaret Farlow, Francesca Gunn (Graham Gunn), William Robert Farlow, Matthew Bryon Farlow (Chloe Hornberger), Benjamin Putnam, Anton Razhov and Manny Cruz; and his great-niece Alexa Razhova Cruz. He is also survived by cousins, friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests tribute donations to be made to the Susan B. Anthony Project (sbaproject.org).
