He was predeceased by: his parents, Lukas Hilpert and Borghild Hilpert (Waage); and his brother Nelson Hilpert of Torrington, CT.. He is survived by: his children, Kristofer Hilpert (Tracie) of Winchester, CT and Marlene Matteau (Dan) of Thomaston, CT; his grandchildren, Jacob and Emily; his sister Borghild Bilak (Fred) of Venice, FL; his nephew Mark Hilpert; his wife Peyton of Harwinton, CT.; and also Mariah.
