He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Doris Wellnitz (Von Tobel); his mother Emma Drumm Wellnitz; his children, Amy Abramson of Torrington and Greg; his daughter-in-law Deana Wellnitz of Torrington; his granddaughter Lindsey Fitzpatrick (Thomas) of Torrington; his great grandchild Evelyn Fitzpatrick of Torrington; and his friends, Jerry and Pat Hornak of New Preston. He was also cherished by 13 nieces and nephews.
