It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Field (Litchfield, Connecticut), born in Lexington, Kentucky, who passed away on August 22, 2019, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Eileen; his sister Frances Field Garratt; his children, Thomas of New Hartford, CT, Douglas of Los Gatos, CA and Jennifer of Staten Island, NY; and his parents, John Utterback and Ethel Fletcher Field. He was also cherished by five grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Gunn Memorial Library.
