She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Potts and Louise Potts; her husband Richard Woodward; and her sister Judy Seiter (Karl). She is survived by: her sons, Michael Curtiss of Cumberland, RI, David Curtiss (Amy) of Concord, MA and Greg Curtiss (Annamari) of Litchfield, CT.; her grandchildren, Zachary, Ethan, Madelyn, Nicholas, Lilah, Eloise, Celia and Brody; and her sister Nancy Kiernan (Bernie).
Her family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to HopeHealth Hospice and the HopeHealth Hulitar Hospice Center for their compassionate care and ask that donations be made to them in Jerilyn's honor.
