He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond W. Perry and France A. Perry (Tracy); his wife Jane E. Perry (Lamb); and his brother Phillip Morris. He is survived by: his children, Heather Perry of Groton, CT, Holly Perry of Groton, CT and Russell R. Perry (Julie Shorette) of Uncasville, CT; his grandchildren, Aiden and Quinn; his siblings, Kenneth Morris of Stonington, CT, Michael Perry of Groton, CT and Raelene Rust of Delaware; and his sister-in-law Virginia Lamb of Mystic, CT. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews and cherished friends.
