She was predeceased by: her husband Pete; and her daughter Susan. She is survived by: her parents, Leslie O. Chase I and Doris Chase (Fortier); her brothers, Lee and George; and her children, Michael and Linda.

Instead, an open house will be held from 3 to 8 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 22, at 11 Ford Farm Road, Milton, N.H. In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to Cornerstone VNA or the Milton Food Pantry in Milton, N.H. Assisting with arrangements is The Cremation Society of New Hampshire.
