She was predeceased by: her parents, Blanche K. Moss and Douglas D. Moss; her siblings, Douglas D. Moss, Pamela A. Forsythe and Jane A. Opie; and her husband Allen C. Powell.
She is survived by: her children, Edson D. Powell (Jayne) of Westerly, R. I. and Margaret DeBari (Michael) of Preston, CT.; her grandchildren, Christie Culver (Tim) of Niles, MI., Jason Powell of Jacksonville, Fla., Andrew A. Doucette of North Berwick, Cody J. Doucette (Erica) of Norwell, Mass. and Matthew A. Doucette (Caitlin) of Queensbury, N. Y.; and her stepgrandchildren, Johanna DeBari, Jack White of Andover, CT., Benjamin DeBari, Jason Cheung of Bethlehem, PA. and Mikaela DeBari of Manchester, CT.. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
