He is survived by: his parents, Freeman Churchill and Laurine Churchill (Marr); his wife Susan Churchill (Sirak); his children, Erin Matthews (Steve Matthews), David Churchill (Stacey Churchill) and Christopher Churchill (Trish Churchill); his grandchildren, Carolyn Gustafson, Jared Churchill, Hanna Churchill, Morgan Matthews, Kennedy Churchill, Carly Matthews and Emily Schweighoffer; his great grandchild Bailee Gustafson; and his brother Kevin Shields (Odette Shields).
