It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Oliver Cromwell Sharpe Jr. of Lebanon, Connecticut, born in Savannah, Georgia, who passed away on July 13, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Sharpe Sr. and Vera Mae Wightman Sharpe; his wife Carolyne Montstream Sharpe; his siblings, Lydia Suddeth, Carolyn Head, Mary Arrington, Brenda Edwards, Harriette Grant and Louis Sharpe (Louie); and his son-in-law Henry Randy Wirth, Sr. (Ollie).
He is survived by: his daughter Dorothy Wirth; his siblings, Walter Sharpe (Helen), Elizabeth Hill, Anna Damboise and Vera Mae Britten; and his grandchildren, Dionna Ebeling (David), Randy Wirth (Amelia), Tanya Kirvin (Timmy) and Jamie Wirth. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews, family members and friends.
