He is survived by: his parents, Michael Spicer and Holly Spicer of Lebanon; his daughter Piper Spicer; his sister Jaclyn Spicer; his nephew Austin Clark; his niece Genevieve Clark; his grandfather James L. Spicer; and his cousin Dan "DJ" Overturf. He is also survived by brother than a cousin; and numerous other extended family and friends.

Social distancing and masks are required for all who wish to attend.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to his daughter Piper's trust fund, which will be setup in the near future.
