He is survived by: his family Jeremy; his parents, Russell "Rusty" Amberg and Nilda Amberg (Gamutan); his siblings, Joshua Amberg and Jacqueline Amberg; his grandmother Rebecca Amberg of Lebanon, CT; his aunt Johanne Vincent (Mike); his cousin Julie Vincent of Norwich, CT; his uncle Sam Amberg (Leslie) of Windham, CT; his grandparents, Juan and Hilaria Gamutan; his aunt Jocelyn (Alex Arcilla); his cousins, Allen, Nicole Arcilla and Grace Cagoco (Fred); his aunt Virginia Bacarisas; his cousins, Razil (Richard), Riza, Arvin (Eunice) and Ariel (Missy); his aunt Lea; his uncle Alan Huxley; and his cousins, Lee, Carl and Jasmin Huxley.
Jeremy was a Wish Kid and in lieu of flowers donations may be made to Make-A-Wish foundation of CT, 56 Commerce Dr. Trumbull, CT in memory of Jeremy Amberg.
