James Pestey Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Pestey of Lebanon, Connecticut, born in Hamden, Connecticut, who passed away on May 7, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Pestey and Ellen Pestey; and his wife Joan Marie Pestey (Cadwell). He is survived by: his sisters, Janet Pestey of Wallingford, Margaret Pestey of Branford and Patricia Goodfriend (Danny) of Flanders; his sons, James Pestey Jr. (Nancy) of Watertown, Michael Pestey (Gillian Lyon) of Lebanon, William Pestey (Jeannine) of Norwich and Steven J. Pestey of Sunnyvale, CA.; his granddaughters, Brittany Guinan (Kevin) of Bozrah, Kelly Pestey, Madison Pestey and Alli Pestey; and his great grandchildren, Aubreigh and Ryder Guinan. He is also survived by wife and spending time with friends.
